Terms of
Service
1. Services
WR Coatings Limited provides exterior plastering, painting, house washing, exterior home health assessments, and protection plan services across the Hawke's Bay region. All services are subject to these terms.
2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated. Any additional work beyond the original scope will be quoted separately before proceeding.
3. Warranty
All completed work comes with a 5-year workmanship warranty. This covers defects in workmanship including peeling, cracking, or adhesion failure. It does not cover normal weathering, damage from external factors, or pre-existing conditions. Full warranty details are available on our 5-Year Guarantee page.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed upon acceptance of the quote. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work commences. Final payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Cancellation
Either party may cancel a booking with reasonable notice. If materials have already been purchased for your project, those costs may be non-refundable.
6. Liability
WR Coatings Limited holds appropriate insurance for all work carried out. Our liability is limited to the value of the work performed. We are not liable for pre-existing structural issues or conditions not visible during the initial assessment.
