Wade began his career in Wellington in 1999, learning exterior plastering from the ground up. Over the next two decades, he expanded his expertise into painting, specialist coatings, and full exterior home maintenance.

Today, WR Coatings Limited brings that depth of knowledge to every Hawke's Bay home. Based in Napier and serving the wider Hawke's Bay region, Wade and his team specialise in protecting homes from the region's harsh UV, salt air, and seasonal moisture.

Wade holds a BCITO qualification in exterior plastering and is a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) — credentials that matter when protecting your biggest asset. Every job comes with a 5-year workmanship warranty.
